As of Tuesday, February 19, 2019, it is anticipated that tenants will begin moving to the East side interim slips starting on Saturday, March 30, 2019 and that all tenants must be relocated no later then Sunday, April 7, 2019. As has been stated previously, the East side floating dock system will be substantially complete without power and water to the slips until the contractor receives a final Certificate of Occupancy for the East side comfort station due to the fact that the electrical switch gear is located on the second floor of the building.
