Demolition/Construction of the Harbor:
The demolition of the North pier and the piers on the East side of the Harbor have been completed. Currently it is anticipated that the floating dock system on the East side will be substantially complete (without power and water to the slips) during the first quarter of 2019. At that time it is projected that West side slip tenants will be required to relocate to the East side of the Harbor in order for the West side to be demolished and rebuilt. MYHMC is in the process of developing a vessel relocation plan, a new slip lease, and determining new rental rates. Updated information will be distributed as it becomes available.(Posted on 8/22/2018)
The delivery of sections of the floating dock system started on Monday, December 17th, and construction is progressing. Currently it is anticipated that the floating dock system on the East side will be substantially complete (without power and water to the slips) by the end of the first quarter of 2019. At that time the West side slip tenants will be required to relocate to the East side of the Harbor in order for the West side to be demolished and rebuilt.
